Therapy for Adults

Do you feel lost on your path? Our life's journey is not always as clear as we would like it to be. Sometimes we have doubts about work, family life or relationships. You realize that life seems off balance and wonder how to fix things.

As we hurry through life we can lose touch with our authentic Self and symptoms of depression/anxiety may appear. Valleys are a natural part of life but you do not need to suffer through these alone.


As you reach out for help you will come to realize that it is during these times exactly, when we grow the most - I will be here for you, to listen and give you the safe space to figure things out.


How does therapy work? session length is 60 min and I highly recommend weekly session for treatment to be effective. Therapy is about building trust and about creating a safe space for you to share whatever you feel ready to share. I do not give formal homework, but encourage you to write down thoughts that may emerge during the week and bring them to session.


We all struggle in life at times, but you don't have to be alone.
